Industrial Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Director for our state-of-the-art manufacturing food facility. As the right candidate, you will oversee a skilled maintenance team responsible for high-speed production equipment, ensuring employee safety, maximizing equipment reliability, and minimizing disruptions to operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in industrial maintenance management reliability roles in a food manufacturing plant
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership position (managing through supervisors or leading multi-shift teams)
• 4-year degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Proven success implementing planning & scheduling systems, improving PM compliance, and driving reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog health)
