Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to manage various compensation programs and activities, including base pay, incentive pay, surveys, and compensation analytics. The role offers a competitive base salary and excellent growth potential.
Requirements
- Designs, evaluates, modifies and manages compensation policies and practices
- Analyzes compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing rates
- Prepares new job descriptions and updates current ones
- Manages compensation processes, including communications and system functionality
- Analyzes internal and external salary statistics
- Consults with hiring managers and recruiting function to determine appropriate base pay for new hire offers
- Collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional teams to solve compensation-related business problems
