Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in law firms, particularly in ECVC, M&A, private equity, and securities work. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in complex transactional matters and have a strong background in corporate law, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (paralegal certification a plus)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, DocuSign, and deal management software
- Familiarity with Blue Sky compliance, UCC filings, and SEC reporting
