Seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to join a top-tier law firm in New York. This role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic team of attorneys while working on high-profile litigation matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience, preferably in litigation within a law firm.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Strong document management experience, ideally with NetDocs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor, adaptability, and flexibility to work overtime (including evenings or weekends) as needed.
