We are seeking an experienced Legal Lateral Recruiting Manager with a B.A. and at least seven years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm, to support the full life-cycle of lateral recruitment.

- 7 or more years of recruiting experience
- Recruiting experience at a law firm is strongly preferred but is not a requirement
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, lawyers and staff
- Must thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must possess excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized, motivated and energetic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and address sensitive matters with discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
