Job Description
Provide high-level litigation support to attorneys, including preparing and editing legal documents, managing case files, and performing administrative tasks. Must have 5+ years of experience in a litigation-focused environment and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal secretarial experience in a litigation-focused environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting features
- E-filing knowledge and experience preparing and submitting court filings electronically
- Exceptional proofreading and multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
