Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Blue Sky regulations, preferably in a large law firm environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using legal software, including Relativity, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or a Paralegal certificate
- 6 years experience as a paralegal in a large law firm
- Blue Sky experience
- Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar application
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
