Job Description
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Corporate Paralegal with high base and excellent growth potential in a top-ranked and large law practice. The role is remote until September and requires 5+ years of Paralegal experience, 3+ years of Corporate experience, and familiarity with corporate formation, venture capital financings, and stock and cap table management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Paralegal experience (preferred)
- At least 3 years of relevant Corporate experience (preferred)
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Familiarity with corporate formation in DE (NY is a plus)
- Experience with venture capital financings
- Stock and cap table management
- Preparation of Board and Board Committee minutes and written consents
- Transaction closings
- Preparation and filing Form Ds, in addition to state securities filings
