Job Description
SourceProSearch is seeking a Word Processing Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for document problem resolution and word processing assistance. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of legal software, possess a strong commitment to customer service, and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal secretarial and/or word processing experience in a law firm
- Advanced proficiency with legal software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, Office 2016/365, and iManage
- Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to evolving technology
- Experience with E-Filing systems in both Federal and State Courts is essential
- Ability to work independently, while contributing effectively to the team
