Education Consultant - AVID

The Education Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation of education-related services for Region V school districts by coordinating and delivering high-quality professional development, coaching, and consultation. This role partners closely with school and district staff to implement research-based practices and programs that strengthen teaching, learning, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Design and develop content for training courses
• Guide specific segments within coaching
• Develop, design, and improve the curriculum
• Mentor, coach, support, and provide advice and guidance for service users
• Research, collate, and analyze information
• Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems
• Identify shortcomings in existing processes and procedures
• Deliver evidence-based programs
