Job Description
The South Bend Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide family medicine support services to a busy FM/OB office in Mishawaka, Indiana. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide primary care services, prescribe medications, and instruct patients and families on healthcare and illness prevention.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- National certification in the applicable specialty (ANCC)
- Current state licensure as PA or Advanced Practice Nurse and RN
- Maintains current CPR (BLS) certification
- Active Mid-level Practitioner Controlled Substance License and DEA License may be required based on prescriptive authority
