HealthCare LPN

The Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) supervises and directs daily nursing activities for residents in a SCBMA facility. This role involves resident care, medication administration, monitoring, plan development, compliance with regulations, and teamwork. The focus is on positive physical and psychosocial environments and providing direct resident care.
