Job Description
Contact Center Sales Representative job opportunity at South Carolina Federal Credit Union with remote work available. Duties include navigating multiple systems to perform sales tasks, meeting sales and performance goals, and maintaining product and service knowledge. Training is held onsite in North Charleston, SC.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of one year of similar or related experience selling products and/or services with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Windows based programs
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Highspeed internet (20MGB upload, 50MGB download, 60MS or less latency)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
