Job Description
Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutics Focus) Full-Time Faculty position available at South College. Must have Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or closely related field. Prefer experience with laboratory instruction, simulation, or immersion-based learning. Contribute to new knowledge through scholarship in the individual’s field of study or Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL).
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or closely related field
- PharmD with advanced training or professional experience in pharmaceutics
- Strong academic credentials in areas of relevance to pharmacy, such as pharmaceutics
- Pharmaceutical sciences or pharmacy teaching experience
- Experience with laboratory instruction, simulation, or immersion-based learning
- Experience or interest in teaching within online or hybrid learning environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Contribute to the educational and research missions of the department, school, and college
