South Country Equipment is a family-owned, 8-location John Deere dealer network seeking a Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in a mechanic shop, preferably in agriculture equipment, and will be responsible for ensuring maximum productivity in the shop, training technicians, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience within a mechanic shop, preferably focused on agriculture equipment
• Certified Red Seal heavy duty technician, with a preference towards an agriculture focus
• The ability to supervise, coach and mentor apprentice technicians
