Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Family Physician by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada
• Experience in primary care with a strong understanding of community health and social determinants of health
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse interprofessional team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends including participation in on-call rotations
• Successful completion of a Police Record Check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination
