Job Description
Under the guidance of Patient Access Supervisors, the Patient Access Coordinator is the initial point of contact for patients entering the Health System for care, requiring exceptional customer service skills and ability to support diverse cultural needs. This role involves multiple technical tasks to ensure patients are identified, registered, and scheduled for care needs.
