Job Description
The Member Service Representative provides membership enrollment, program registration and information/referral services to YMCA members, creating a friendly and efficient atmosphere. This role is the initial and primary link between the public and the YMCA, requiring a positive attitude, quick analysis, and basic clerical knowledge. The representative must also maintain accurate membership records and a till drawer, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
