Job Description
The Surgery Scheduler supports orthopedic, spine, and interventional pain practices by coordinating all aspects of procedural and surgical scheduling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare or surgical scheduling experience highly preferred
- Prior experience in orthopedics, spine, or pain management strongly preferred
- Understanding of common orthopedic and pain CPT codes, implants, and procedure workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and comfort with EMR/EHR systems
