Job Description
South West Plumbing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to process appointments, greet incoming callers, and promote the brand in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience is required
- At least 1 year of call center experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, and experience with outbound and inbound calls
- Ability to function well in fast-faced work environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent

- Schedule shifts available: Sunday-Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm, and Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-8:00pm
