Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Art Director to support creative development, contributing ideas, helping develop visual concepts, and executing across social and digital formats.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative agency, social media, or marketing environment
- Understanding of what performs on social — what looks native, what feels fresh
- Ability to concept and execute: you can have the idea and make it look good
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication
- Portfolio showing social content, campaigns, or digital creative work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills a plus
- Active social experience and presence on TikTok or Instagram; awareness of Gen Z culture and trends
- Experience working with youth-focused or lifestyle brands
- Proficient in Adobe suite tools and Google tools
