Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Account Manager within a marketing agency
- Proven ownership of revenue, including average account sizes of $3K+ MRR and a portfolio totaling at least $70K MRR
- Strong understanding of KPIs related to retention, expansion, and account performance
- Highly articulate, confident, and professional communicator capable of leading high-stakes client conversations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience operating within structured processes and performance audits
