Requirements
- 5–8+ years in a senior Account Manager or Account Director role at a digital marketing agency
- Direct experience managing U.S.-based clients
- Proven ownership of escalations, renewals, and retention
- Comfort working across Paid Media, SEO, and performance marketing environments
- Experience coordinating multiple internal teams simultaneously
