Job Description
The CMT Student Associate Director exists to help shepherd and develop campus student ministry leaders while strengthening programming systems and execution across all campuses.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 5+ years of ministry experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required – Biblical Degree Preferred
- Strong coaching, relational, and communication skills
- Experience strengthening programming systems and ministry execution preferred
- Ability to lead collaboratively across teams and campuses
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one
