Team Care Coordinator, Lead

We are looking for a Team Care Coordinator (Lead) to join our team and support providers, coordinate patient care, and ensure efficient clinic operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• CMA, anatomy coursework, or healthcare-related degree preferred
• Ability to type 40 WPM and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and maintain confidentiality
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while supporting team success
