Job Description
Southeast Restoration Group is looking for a Lead Mitigation Technician to lead the charge in performing water, fire, and mold mitigation services, while setting the standard for technical excellence, team collaboration, and customer care.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in restoration, construction, or similar field
- IICRC WRT Certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong working knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor
- Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments (e.g., sewage, roofs)
- Proficiency with mobile documentation
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical
