Barista

Brewistas report to their stand manager and are responsible for executing the company mission daily by making delicious drinks, taking orders, and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key in orders to our point of sale system
• Collect payments for orders and correctly count back any change to the customer
• Prepare all drinks and premixes
• Move with urgency, stay productive, and proactive throughout the entire shift
• Make personal connections with customers every day through genuine interactions
• Know our menu and drink offerings inside and out
• Bring their best self to work every day and dress appropriately
• Familiar with our shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
• Clock in and ready to work at their assigned position when their shift time begins
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
