The IT Support Analyst will provide technical and business process support for the Technology Organization systems at Southern Power plants and Enterprise fleet wide projects. Onsite 4 days a week. This is a 7x24x365 support organization with an on-call rotation and after-hours work required.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
- Strong professional skills including organizational, communication, coordination, and analytical abilities
- Experience working in a large technology organization
- Understanding of internal processes and technical infrastructure integration
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, particularly O365 environment
