Job Description
Provide architecture guidance and support technology governance for the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) platform in Southern Company's Enterprise Foundations organization. Define technology standards, develop technology roadmaps, enforce technology governance, and ensure best practice coordination across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or another related field.
- 5+ years’ experience working with application development methodologies/processes and technologies within an enterprise business application footprint.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise application architecture across on-premises and cloud solutions
- 3+ years of experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) platform architecture, design, and support.
