Area Manager On/Off Premise/Eastern Shore Maryland

Southern Glazer's is seeking an Area Manager to lead sales efforts in Eastern Shore Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for building positive customer relationships, identifying business growth needs, and developing sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to analyze and understand data and information
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques
• Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
• Able to take responsibility for own actions and results
• Able to communicate effectively through various methods
• Able to be nimble in ambiguity and work collaboratively with others
