Job Description
Southern Glazer's is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Logistics to assist with associate calls, customer calls, new associate training, equipment maintenance, and overall logistics department operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with DOT and CMV regulations, maintaining vehicle records, coaching associates, and monitoring productivity. Requirements
- Responsible for ensuring all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements
- Overseeing the delivery of the product to the customer
- Training and coaching associates on performance and policy adherence
- Maintaining the Road Net software
- Ensuring fleet maintenance and safety
- Conducting safety training and meetings
