Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic-HVAC Lead Install Technician to join our team. The role involves overseeing the installation, upgrade, and replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties and leading a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a residential HVAC installer
- Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three years of experience
- Valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations
- Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
