Requirements
- 3-5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably with a focus on residential markets
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
