Plumber (2-5yrs+ Experience Needed)

Southern Home Services is seeking a Service Plumber to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU! As a Service Plumber, you will handle a range of residential plumbing tasks, including troubleshooting, installing, and repairing plumbing systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
• Expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing water, gas, and sewage systems.
• Familiarity with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
• Experience with various tools and equipment, such as pipe cutters, threaders, and soldering tools.
• Ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and handling tools for extended periods.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and work management software to track tasks and report on job progress.
• Ability to lead apprentices, work well within a team, and coordinate with other trades on larger projects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 3 years of driving experience.
