Job Description
Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Orthodontist to oversee multiple established practices in the Middle TN area. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing practice with a strong patient base, excellent support, and a focus on professional growth and work-life balance. Requirements
- Mininum of 2+ years of experience in an orthodontic practice environment
- Full-time opportunity (4 days per week) including rotating Fridays and occasional Saturdays
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
- Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in Tennessee
- Passion for patient experience, quality outcomes, and community engagement
