The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing branch performance, and driving results through collaboration and service.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and math aptitude
• Clean driving record (DMV report required)
• Professional appearance consistent with the construction industry
• Industry and product knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a related leadership role
