Inside Sales

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions, conduct inside sales activities, build relationships with customers, and collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication skills—Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proven problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain trust
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
