Pricing Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to administer customer pricing and serve as the day-to-day connection between our pricing tools and the sales organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pricing administration, ERP system administration, or sales operations support
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, large dataset management)
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal communication — ability to explain technical pricing logic in plain language to a sales rep or regional manager
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
