SouthernCarlson is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead and support branch operations across their Southwest region, including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, and Riverside, CA. The role requires strong leadership and team development experience, with a proven ability to drive financial performance and operational results.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team development experience across multiple locations
- Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in distribution, construction supply, or industrial industries preferred
- Bachelorās degree and/or 5+ years of operations management experience
- Valid driverās license and ability to travel regularly within the region
