Sales Representative

SouthernCarlson is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build and manage sales pipelines, develop new business, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate has sales or business development experience, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
• Established industry network or strong ability to build one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
