Sales Representative Construction Supply

We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is motivated to drive growth. The role involves building and managing a sales pipeline, developing new business, and strengthening customer relationships.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
• Established industry network or strong ability to build one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
