Sales Representative Construction Supply

Sales Representative Construction Supply position at SouthernCarlson. Develop strong business relationships with customers to provide the best possible service. Build and manage a sales pipeline, develop new business, and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
• Established industry network or strong ability to build one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
