Job Description
Weāre hiring a Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and supporting customers with expert tool service repair. This role is essential to maintaining SouthernCarlsonās high standards of service by ensuring customer tools operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience repairing pneumatic, electric, or construction power tools
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
- Construction, industrial supply, or related industry experience a plus
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness to learn and retain technical product knowledge
