Warehouse Support/ Delivery Driver

SouthernCarlson is hiring Warehouse Support team members who enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team. As a Warehouse Support team member, you will receive, stock, pick, and stage products, load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory, assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. You will also help with delivery prep and customer order staging, safely operate a company vehicle, deliver tools, fasteners, and materials to jobsites, warehouses, and residential customers, and provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery location.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Forklift experience a plus (we can train)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
