Finished Loader Operator

Southland Holdings is a leading heavy civil construction company seeking experienced Loader Operators to join its team in Lake Worth, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and methods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating a Loader, assisting in other duties around the jobsite, and maintaining equipment in good working order.

Requirements

• Ability to understand directions and read blueprints
• Ability to properly care for and use tools of the trade
• Thorough understanding of construction principles and methods
• Works well as part of a team
• Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
