MOT Foreman

A Southland Holdings company is seeking a MOT Supervisor to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. The MOT Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction sites, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a team of MOT Laborers.

Requirements

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all operations comply with company, state, and client safety standards.
• Coordinate the distribution and placement of traffic control signs and markers according to designated plans.
• Supervise the setup, maintenance, and teardown of work zones, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Lead by example in lifting, carrying, and placing traffic cones and assembling traffic control signs as needed.
• Train and mentor flaggers on proper techniques for directing traffic through work zones.
• Ensure trucks and equipment are well-organized and maintained for operational readiness.
• Direct traffic movement through work sites using signals and signage effectively.
