Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated safety professional to join our team as an Entry Level Safety Representative. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, dedicated to building their expertise, and committed to fostering a safe, compliant work environment.
Requirements
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.
- Conduct job hazards analysis to identify hazards and potential risks.
- Provide safety orientations and training to employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans.
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, NCCER standards, and company safety policies.
- Assist in incident investigations, reporting, and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure safe practices on the job site.
