Job Description
Southshore is seeking a reliable and hard working Warehouse Office Clerk to join their office team in Normal, IL. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of clerical office and customer service experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments and receipt of products, materials, and supplies
- Handle paperwork flow and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow company standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with logistics technicians and dispatchers
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees
- Recommend process improvements
