Supervisor Ramp - BOS

We are seeking a Supervisor Ramp to lead a team that keeps planes moving safely and on time. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of business and management principles, as well as experience in airline operations. The role involves coordinating with departments, monitoring ground support performance, and ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements

• Fully functioning, broad knowledge of Airline Operations
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others
• Ability to recognize and address performance and safety concerns in a timely manner
