The role involves coordinating with departments, monitoring ground support performance, and ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
- Fully functioning, broad knowledge of Airline Operations
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others
- Ability to recognize and address performance and safety concerns in a timely manner
