Direct Care Provider/Behavioral Health Technician

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services are seeking Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Community Living and Inpatient division. As a Direct Care Provider, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, pre-vocational training, related documentation, case management, crisis intervention, individual and/or group counseling services to SMI members in a residential or inpatient setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of Behavioral Health experience, or
• Associate's degree and 6 weeks of Behavioral Health experience, or
• Bachelor's degree, or
• Non-related Associate's degree and 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
• MVR clearance required
• Fingerprint clearance required
